I provide in-person therapy for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, panic, mood concerns, and life stressors. My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress—not just talk about problems. Virtual sessions are an option for adult clients.
I have additional training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and utilize this along with other evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help you face fears, tolerate uncertainty, and move toward the things that matter most to you.
